PrimeShilajit™ Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and in transit.
During peak periods and holidays, please allow up to 7 business days for processing due to increased order volume.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time begins once the order is in the hands of the carrier and may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times by region will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated Standard Delivery Time: 4-15 Days
Please note: international shipments may experience unexpected customs delays or additional processing time, which can affect final delivery dates. These factors are beyond our control but we will always do our best to support you.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can result in shipping delays or cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our team will reach out via email within 3 business days for confirmation. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
To make a correction, contact us at primeshilajitshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.
Delayed Deliveries
We understand how important timely delivery is. While we work hard to ensure fast dispatch, there are rare cases when delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, extreme weather, or peak shipping periods.
If any delays arise, we will notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to assist in resolving the issue. However, PrimeShilajit™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or external events outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. In the rare case that your package is lost or stolen, we ask that you first contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Please note that lost or stolen packages are not covered by our refund policy, but we may offer a replacement depending on the specific situation.
